Identify the Need
Insurance premiums are too high. Many churches are simply left without insurance due to rising, unaffordable premiums.

Define the Objectives
Seek the Lord and His guidance above all else. He opened doors to initiate the Ministry Response Network and Group Master Insurance Policy.

Feasibility Study
Gather insurance policies and claim information. The study found that 50% of churches had claims in the last three years and 44% of those were under $25K.

Implement a Program
Initiate the Ministry Response Network. Churches helping churches stand in the gap when a claim may not be in the best interest of the church.

Review and Adapt
Continue evaluating the structure and benefits of the Group Master Insurance Policy, allowing churches to maintain insurance with manageable premiums.
